We deploy and service temporary crew facilities for data center construction sites and operating facilities across the country. One vertical, done at depth.
Most facility rental companies serve every market at once: weddings on Saturday, festivals in June, a construction site when one calls. We made the opposite choice. Data center construction is the largest industrial build-out in the country, it runs on multi-year schedules with manpower curves measured in the hundreds, and it punishes vendors who treat it like an event rental. Serving it well takes fleet depth, badge-ready documentation, engineered placements and service intervals that hold in month nine the way they held in week one. That is the whole business.
Restroom trailers from two stations through large multi-station and ADA configurations, private shower trailers, laundry and combination units, hydration stations with chilled bottle-fill capacity, refrigeration and freezer trailers, and office and break room trailers. We own the fleet and employ every driver. The service technicians who handle pumping, water fills and restocking are on our payroll too. No brokered equipment, no subcontracted service chain.
Every deployment starts with the scope: location, schedule, peak headcount, available utilities. We return a complete deployment plan covering the unit mix, placement, service interval and mobilization date. A site survey verifies haul route, bearing surface and service access before anything ships. Placement is signed off by your superintendent at delivery, and from that day the service interval is a contract commitment with a documented record behind every visit.
Hyperscale and enterprise work brings vendor qualification, insurance requirements, badging and safety orientation. Our documentation is prepared before award. Certificates of insurance issue on request, additional insured where the project requires it, and our crews arrive with the paperwork already on file rather than negotiating at the gate.
We are headquartered in one of Utah's core data center infrastructure areas, the Wasatch Front, where campus construction has turned the corridor into one of the country's fastest-growing markets. Working from inside a live corridor keeps the operation close to the conditions our customers build in.
We hold our heaviest equipment concentration in the corridors carrying the most active data center construction: Northern Virginia, Texas, Georgia, Arizona, Ohio and Utah. Beyond them we mobilize crews and equipment to wherever the site is, including greenfield locations with no utilities, no improved access and no adjacent services.

Why contractors keep us
Any vendor can place units at mobilization. Performance shows up in month nine. Do pump-outs hold their interval under load? Does water get topped off before it runs out? Does an after-hours failure get fixed inside the same shift?
Where we deploy
Heaviest concentration in the corridors carrying the most active data center construction, with nationwide mobilization beyond them.

Loudoun County and Prince William run the densest data center concentration on earth. Multi-year campuses, badge-controlled access, crews in the hundreds, and facility requirements written into the subcontract.

Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio and Abilene are carrying some of the largest campuses in the country. Summer heat makes hydration and shower capacity a safety line item, not an amenity.

Atlanta metro and Douglas County, extending along I-20. Humid summers, long hauls between laydown and pad, and multi-phase schedules that keep facilities on site for years.

Phoenix and Mesa build through heat that regularly exceeds 110 degrees. OSHA heat-illness prevention drives water and shade requirements that our units satisfy directly.

Columbus and New Albany. Freeze protection and winter service access matter here in a way Sun Belt corridors never see.

The Wasatch Front corridor runs through hard winters at elevation. Units are winterized and service intervals hold through snow.
Questions we get
We own the fleet and employ the crews. Schedule risk sits with us rather than being passed down a chain of subcontractors.
Data center construction and operations are the focus of the business. That concentration means everything from our winterization specs to our service math was built for this industry rather than adapted from event rental.
Most scopes are quoted the same business day and scheduled within the week. Emergency placements move faster. Call (888) 286-9931 for anything urgent.
